it is important to us that we are not handing out a generic ‘all fits all’ programme for our clients. We want to get to know what works well for you and give you the best chance to reach your goals. FOOTBALL SPECIFIC TRAINING PLAN
Our staff are qualified as both fitness and football professionals. Every player involved will receive a personalised football specific training plan, aspects of personal fitness, position related, and game demands will be amongst other things in consideration during the creation of each player’s plan. Football goals and fitness goals will now come together to ensure you are able to give your best 90 minutes. Home based workouts and gym-based workouts will be available.
NUTRITION GUIDANCE
An imperative element to seeing positive developments on the field will be what you are consuming. TP90 will provide you with support to build a nutrition plan that works for you and one that will enhance performance.
PRE & POST MATCH GUIDANCE
It is important that we are preparing correctly for match days and recovering afterwards. Guidance is offered to ensure both phases are managed most efficiently. Players will receive stretching plans as well as other tips to prepare and recover successfully.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We are also highly experienced in football coaching and scouting, therefore we are offering support beyond physical development. We can support the technical development of players whether it is a focus on one attribute or video analysis of performance. Players can be supported on how to obtain video footage and this can then be submitted to us for feedback.
This is a personalised programme and each person will encounter varying levels of difficulty to progress to the standard in which their ability could take them. TP90 will supports it’s players to progress, whether this is a college application, a scouting visit from a professional club, contact within a semi-professional, suggestions to progress within the amateur pyramid and much more. We are passionate to support you in discovering your best 90. Your journey could take you anywhere!
We will communicate regularly to monitor progress but to also take an interest in your football, we want to know if you win or if you roll the defender and stick it in the top bin.

Our sessions are personalised and aimed to develop a player's physical and technical attributes. We design our sessions for everyone as an individual and to prepare for further improvement. Sessions will involve some focus on physical development, whether it be conditioning for those who are aiming to progress to the next level in the senior game or working on the fundamentals with the younger players. Technical practices will be designed to improve a range of skills and to prompt game craft. Players of absolutely any level can get involved and benefit.
